It’s been almost a year since our family has disappeared.
Monday 31st marked “Chubba Chubba’s” 4th Birthday. Wherever you are Chubba, Unky Mikey loves you, as does Grandma Suzie, Grandpa Patrick, Gigi and all of us for that matter.
This has been a very difficult week for many of us for sure, but I want to drop a line for everyone who is visiting this site.
My mom met someone who has a few radio stations in Mexico and is running an announcement about our missing family. She wanted to let everyone know that she is still pursuing the newspapers and radio to ask for their help to get the communities involved.
Both Nancy Grace and Judge Jeanine Pirro covered our case this week as is the Associated Press, North County Times, and the Union Tribune. My phone is always on to all comers in any way that can assist in support of my family.
Friday Feb 4th marks the one year mark of our family’s disappearance.
I would like to do another vigil, possibly this Friday at the soccer fields again. I have contacted one of Joey’s close friends and team mates to see if we can get this together in two days.
For all who are reading this… THANK YOU. Thanks for caring about our family and showing support in such a tough time. Hopefully, the tip that we need to resolve this case will come forward and we all can get some much needed closure

My heart aches for you. I know that every day the loss of your family is on your mind. Then there are those milestone dates, like a birthday or the 1 year mark of their disappearance; those dates are especially difficult. All that I know to do, and will always continue to do, is PRAY for you and pray for all of your precious family.

Yes the vigil tonight is at the soccer fields at the Chapparosa Park Laguna Niguel.. should just be a small gathering from 630 – 730pm before the game…

I just read about your family in People magazine May issue…I am so sorry something like this is happening to a family…I have never heard about it till now. i just saw this story on E investigates this past weekend (january 2012) and was very very upset over the whole thing. what a wonderful family … what happened! at first i thought “they MUST be in a witness protective program for some reason” but later learned from Lisa Ling that was not the case. it is so baffling … esp. the part about leaving the two dogs in the yard with no food or water. Apparently they were avid animal lovers and this just doesn’t make sense. But no forced entry etc. no clues at all.
i just cannot comprehend that no one has seen or knows where these 4 human beings are!!!! my prayers are with you big time and i mean that. i will say a little prayer every single night from Boston MA that you find this wonderful family and bring them home again.
Has there been any new developments? I hope that all of you are staying strong and doing well…. My heart breaks for you all….
I have watched this story several times and it breaks my heart. To me I would look into Summer….seems she was hiding something and maybe she pissed off the wrong people. A family like this just doesnt disappear and I dont think they left willingly. I pray that your family finds answers soon.
